For nominations: Name, email address, phone number

For onboarding: Nominations data, plus date of birth, gender, genders of attraction, Nationality, level of education and subject, working experience, role, current company, past relationship length, personal photograph, method of finding Celestin

Information disclosed during live client interviews, including for onboarding and match feedback

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Celestin with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

Celestin collects your data so that we can:

Identify potential matches in our pool of clients.

Email and Whatsapp message you with information on our products or services we think you might like.

How do we store your data?

Celestin securely stores your data via third party platforms, hereby specified in the Data Processor Agreement.

Celestin will keep your client profile, interview, and marketing information for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our client data storage systems, including any backups or recoverable records retained by our data processors.

Celestin would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Celestin from contacting you for marketing purposes.
