Welcome to Celestin, an online matchmaking service designed to facilitate meaningful connections. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 

 

1. Overview of Services 

Celestin provides professional matchmaking services that begin with a free 45-minute onboarding call. During this call, Clients will answer a series of standard questions. The call will be recorded and transcribed using AI for internal use to assist in potential matchmaking. 

 

2. Match Discretion and No Guarantee 

Celestin uses a discretionary process to identify potential matches based on compatibility and availability within our network. Clients will only be matched if a potential partner is identified by Celestin. All matching decisions are made solely at Celestin’s discretion, and clients are not guaranteed a match, including a first one. 

No client is entitled to any minimum number of matches or a match within any specific timeframe. 

 

3. Match Notification and Client Response 

If a potential match is identified, the Client will be notified and provided with basic profile information. The Client must respond with acceptance or rejection by the end of the next business day. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of that match opportunity. 

A match proceeds only when both individuals express mutual interest. 

 

4. Date Coordination 

Once a mutual match is confirmed, Celestin will work with both parties to arrange a mutually convenient date, time, and location for an introductory meeting. Celestin does not guarantee the availability or suitability of any particular venue or time. 

 

5. Client Conduct Requirements 

Celestin is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and inclusive experience for all users. By using our services, Clients agree to the following behavioral expectations: 

• Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Abuse: 
  Celestin maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, abuse, intimidation, or coercive behavior—whether physical, verbal, emotional, or sexual in nature. This includes, but is not limited to: 

• Unwanted sexual advances, comments, or innuendos. 

• Aggressive, threatening, or manipulative language or behavior. 

• Disrespectful or demeaning treatment of matches, staff, or others involved in the service. 

Any confirmed violation may result in immediate and permanent termination of service without refund and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities. 

• No Direct Contact Exchange: 
  Clients must not ask for, share, or solicit personal contact information (such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media accounts) from their match during or after the initial date. All communication during the introductory phase must be facilitated through Celestin. 

• Feedback Protocol: 
  After a date, Clients are required to submit feedback directly to Celestin rather than through their match. This feedback helps ensure safety, improve matchmaking quality, and monitor conduct. 

Celestin reserves the right to investigate any reports of inappropriate behavior and may take action at its sole discretion, including suspension or permanent removal from the platform. 

 

6. Privacy and Data Use 

Onboarding calls are recorded and transcribed via AI for internal use in matchmaking. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. See our [Privacy Policy] for more information. 

 

7. Eligibility 

To use Celestin, you must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into this Agreement. You affirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability 

Celestin is not responsible for the outcome of any matches or interactions. Clients assume all risks associated with meeting new people. Celestin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 

 

9. Service Termination 

Celestin reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of this Agreement or for any reason deemed appropriate. 

 

10. Modifications to Terms 

Celestin may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this Agreement periodically. 

 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
